Complete Your Profile

After creating your account, take a few minutes to complete your profile. A complete profile helps group leaders know who you are and ensures your family is ready to register for events.

Access Your Profile Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu

Update Your Basic Information

On the Account Settings page, you can update:

  • Profile Photo - Upload a photo to help group members recognize you
  • First Name and Last Name - Your display name
  • Email Address - Your primary contact email
  • Phone Number - Optional contact number

Click Save Changes after making updates.

Add Family Members

Adding your children to your profile is important for:

  • Registering them for events
  • Tracking allergies and special needs
  • Providing accurate attendee information to event organizers

To Add a Child

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click the Family Members tab
  3. Click Add Child
  4. Enter their information:
    • Name - Your child's first and last name
    • Date of Birth - Used to calculate their age for events
    • Allergies - Any food or environmental allergies (with severity level)
    • Special Needs - Any accommodations or special considerations
    • Medical Information - Emergency medical details for event safety
  5. Click Save
Why Add Family Members?

When you register for events, you can quickly select which family members are attending. Their allergy and special needs information is automatically shared with event organizers to help keep them safe.

Edit or Remove a Child

  1. Go to Account Settings > Family Members
  2. Find the child you want to update
  3. Click Edit to modify their information, or Remove to delete them

Recording Allergies

When adding allergies for a family member:

  1. Click Add Allergy
  2. Enter the allergy name (e.g., "Peanuts", "Bee stings")
  3. Select the severity level:
    • Mild - Causes minor discomfort
    • Moderate - Requires attention but not life-threatening
    • Severe - Life-threatening, requires immediate medical attention
  4. Add any notes about treatment or precautions
  5. Click Save

Always keep allergy information up to date. Event organizers rely on this information to ensure your child's safety during activities.
