This release brings major improvements to notifications, authentication flows, and group discoverability. We've enhanced real-time notifications with multi-channel support, fixed registration and password recovery, and made group pages more shareable with cleaner URLs.

What's New​

Multi-Channel Notifications​

Stay informed your way with a unified notification system supporting in-app alerts, email notifications, and push notifications. Notifications are now faster and more efficient, only updating you about what matters.

Improved Group Join Workflow​

  • Free groups now notify admins immediately when someone requests to join
  • Group admins can approve or deny membership requests directly from the platform
  • Join requests for moderated groups route through a centralized approval interface

Custom 404 Page​

Visitors who land on a broken link now see a helpful error page instead of a generic browser error.

Improvements​

  • Dark mode now works correctly on all remaining pages
  • Group URLs now redirect to readable slugs for easier sharing and better search visibility
  • Join Group button now shows "Free to join" for free groups or the actual membership price
  • Group member counts display accurately across all pages
  • User profile photos display correctly throughout the platform
  • Better search engine visibility with improved event page metadata

Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed user registration flow that was preventing new account creation
  • Fixed forgot password flow so recovery emails send correctly
  • Resolved issue where "Mark all as read" wasn't updating the notification interface
  • Fixed problem where users couldn't return to their intended page after logging in
  • Resolved display issue with post likes not working
