Understanding your group's activity helps you make better decisions and grow your community. This guide covers the analytics and reporting tools available to group leaders.

Accessing Analytics

  1. Go to your group page
  2. Click Analytics or Dashboard
  3. View your group's performance metrics

Group Overview

Member Metrics

Track your membership:

  • Total Members - Current active member count
  • New Members - Members who joined recently
  • Member Growth - Trend over time
  • Pending Requests - Awaiting approval (private groups)

Membership Retention

For paid groups:

  • Active Memberships - Currently paying members
  • Cancelled - Members who cancelled
  • Retention Rate - Percentage who renew
  • Churn Rate - Percentage who leave

Event Analytics

Event Performance

See how your events are doing:

  • Total Events - Events created this period
  • Total Registrations - RSVPs across all events
  • Average Attendance - Typical turnout

  • Total Revenue - All money collected
  • Membership Revenue - From membership fees
